#16A - Casa Felice 16A
Casa Felice is a delightful villa situated in one of the best located rows of the complex. Row 16 is very close to the pool but at the same time, it is very quiet being located at the end of the row. The pool and sea are visible from the terrace. The large south facing terrace is completely flat giving lots of room for sun beds/reclining chairs and dining table and chairs. There is also a Weber BBQ.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both ensuite with walk-in showers. The kitchen has an oven/hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster and fitted granite work surfaces. An extensive range of cooking/eating utensils are provided. As can be seen from the photographs the lounge is comfortable and modern with a leather suite.
We have installed an internet phone line connection which supports the WiFi and Smart TV which has a full service with BBC, ITV, Sky Sports/Movie channels and BT Sports.
We have recently installed air conditioning in the bedrooms (accessible via a separate payment meter) which can also be used for heating.
The villa is furnished to the highest standards which we endeavour to maintain at all times. Our aim is to make the villa as comfortable as possible for our guests. At home!

Within a maximum of 72 hours you will receive a booking confirmation with all the payment details.
The final reservation will be confirmed in a booking when 30% of the agreed rental price (a deposit) is received in the account indicated for this purpose by CDS S.L. The remaining 70% must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
Any charges paid are not refundable. You are advised to have a travel insurance.
