                                                  Welcome to Casa Rogina.

We are Kim and Keith from Milton Keynes; U.K. We have been coming to Lanzarote for many years and to Playa Blanca since 2016.

We chose Casa del Sol because it has such a perfect location with everything you need just minutes walk from the complex; with shops, restaurants and the lovely promenade along the sea front.

 It has a peaceful and sheltered position on the site with a flat terrace and no steps. It is south facing with sunshine all day.

Inside is a comfortable king size bed, a good shower with a grab rail for safety, a lovely new kitchen with all new appliances, also with new furniture throughout.

There are fitted ceiling fans in the lounge and main bedroom and there is a slimline portable fan for the single bedroom or wherever it's needed. There are fitted smoke detectors and mosquito nets throughout. Also a portable oil filled radiator for cooler evenings.

The Villa has its own WI-FI linked to a complete Sky TV and radio package (totalling approx 200 channels) various languages available. with Sky Sports channels, catch-up, and free on demand up to date films available, all included in the rental price. 

There is an awning so when the sun changes position there is a comfortable shade to sit outside.   Part of the wall has been raised to give more privacy and we have recently improved the space on the terrace by removing the posts. The terrace has been retiled and  a fan outside which is great on very warm days.

 We will endeavour to keep our villa in excellent condition and are always seeking to make improvements.

For our own comfort as well our guests and neighbours, we must insist that our property is completely "NO SMOKING" and no pets area.

We have made it a home from home and hope our guests enjoy staying here as much as we do. We will appreciate any constructive notes to improve the quality of your stay.
