Welcome to 25B, our quiet sunshine holiday home. Our family lives on the East coast of England in Lincolnshire. After spending many of our holidays in Casas Del Sol, the obvious natural step was to create our own ‘sunshine home from home’. The property itself is traditionally Spanish but, with a modern feel.
We love relaxing on holiday at 25B and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do. You will find our lovely furnished patio for alfresco dining with sunbeds and views across the sea to Fuerteventura. The communal solar heated swimming pool is within the subtropical gardens and only a few short steps from your front gate.

When you send your booking request, you will first receive an automatic reply that we have received your
booking request. This is not a booking confirmation. If you do not receive the automatic reply within 30
minutes it means that your request has not been send. Try again, please.
Within a maximum of 72 hours you will receive a booking confirmation with all the payment details.
The final reservation will be confirmed in a booking when 30% of the agreed rental price (a deposit) is received in the account indicated for this purpose by CDS S.L. The remaining 70% must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
Any charges paid are not refundable. You are advised to have a travel insurance.
Payment of deposit and balance are possible with credit card, Pay-Pal or by bank transfer.
