Located in a very quiet area of the residence (nobody passes by the terrace) and only 100m away from the swimming pool and 100m away from the supermarket, the villa 9B can easily sleep a family of 5.
The big bedroom is equipped with 3 single beds and the other one with a double bed and lots of storage space
The bathroom has just been renovated with a spacious (walk-in) shower, hand-basin with lots of storage space and toilet
In the lounge there is a new and very comfortable lead sofa bed and the kitchen is fully equipped. French and English channels on the TV, WIFI, nice sunny terrace with new equipment and a large pergola, we wish you a nice holiday at Villa 9B!

Située dans un endroit très calme de la résidence (aucun passage devant la terrasse) et à seulement 100m de la piscine et du supermarché, la villa 9B peut aisément accueillir une famille de 5 personnes.
La grande chambre est équipée de 3 lits simples et la seconde chambre d'un lit double. Toutes deux offrent de nombreux rangements.
La salle de bains vient tout juste d' être rénovée avec une belle douche spacieuse de plain-pied, un meuble vasque et un wc.
Dans la pièce principale vous trouverez un confortable canapé-lit en cuire et une cuisine toute équipée ( four, micro-ondes, plaques électriques, réfrigérateur, bouilloire, machine à café, grille pain, etc ...)
La TV diffuse des chaines françaises et internationales et un lecteur DVD est à votre disposition ainsi que la WIFI
Enfin, la grande terrasse partiellement ombragée grâce à la pergola est équipée de chaises longues, d' une belle table en bois + chaises, d' une machine à laver le linge et accessoires de plage (jeux enfants)
