#34A - Casa 34A

Our villa is number 34A. Situated 50m. from the car park, overlooking the gardens. It is on the front line, offering views to Fuerteventura and isla de Lobos, to the ferry port and out towards Papagayo beaches.

The bars and restaurants in town centre are all within easy reach. The villa can be enjoyed without hiring a car.

There is a local bus service, which will help you to explore Playa Blanca further if you wish.

We have a double bedroom fitted with fly screens., and a separate bathroom,  open plan kitchen and lounge with patio doors opening out onto a private terrace with sun loungers and patio furniture, including two parasols. The patio door is also fitted with a fly screen and mosquito screen.

The heated communal swimming pool is just 100m. from the villa entrance door. The lounge has two leather settees with coffee tables in between and standing lamps over each for reading.

There is a flat screen 55 inch Smart TV, (new April 2021) with BBC and ITV and also Sky Sports and free private WiFi. We also offer Dutch and German TV channels.

The villa is decorated with nice original water colours on the wall and an oil painting of our villa and another  painting of an old street in Lanzarote´s capital Arrecife.

There is a full length mirror to make sure everything is tucked in before you venture out for the evening.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with full oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

On the patio, there is a washing machine for the use of our guests.
