This is a lovely property in a very convenient location on the complex as it is at the beginning of the incline with beautiful mature gardens in front of it. From the patio and the lounge there are wonderful sea views and on the patio there are table, chairs and sun loungers all with thick comfortable cushions and a barbecue.

The style in this property is contemporary and comfortable. The kitchen is fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, kettle and toaster. The bedrooms have recently been refurbished with new furniture and beds which provides much storage and comfort. The master bedroom with king size bed has an en suite shower room, there is a further twin bedroom and small bunk bed room. Mosquito nets and security chains are fitted to the main bedrooms

The lounge/diner has a leather suite, good lighting and a library of books providing comfort & practicality The added facilities of the property are washing machine, internet TV, safe and hairdryer.

Free wi-fi is available in the villa and the complex reception building.

There are air conditioning/heating units in both the main bedrooms, a fan in the bunk room and heating available in all areas for the winter months. The air conditioning is chargeable via a coin meter.

Bath and hand towels for use within the villa are provided but pool and beach towels are not but may be hired locally.
