#29B - Casa 29B
Villa 29B is an ideal place for a peaceful, relaxing holiday.
It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, which we just bought recently.
Our villa is very comfortable and very well equipped even for a long stay. It is not just a rental property but our holiday home.
In the past few years, we have replaced doors and windows and renovated the terrace and bathroom.
A brand-new kitchen will be installed in June 2025.
The villa has excellent own Wi-Fi connection. We offer a big choice of UK TV channels, and also channels in Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Italian and many other languages.
Being in Playa Blanca, the sunniest part of Lanzarote and on the beautifully maintained complex Casas Del Sol, only a few steps away from the port, seaside Promenade, shops, and restaurants.
29B is a place where many of our guests return year after year.

Within a maximum of 72 hours you will receive a booking confirmation with all the payment details.
The final reservation will be confirmed in a booking when 30% of the agreed rental price (a deposit) is received in the account indicated for this purpose by CDS S.L. The remaining 70% must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
Any charges paid are not refundable. You are advised to have a travel insurance.
Payment of deposit and balance are possible with credit card or by bank transfer.
