The property consists of an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.  There are 2 bedrooms, 1 main double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, and a bathroom.

The lounge/kitchen/dining area has 2 leather sofas, TV unit with large screen TV, coffee table and side tables with table lamp, wall lights and ceiling fan.  There is a dining table and 4 chairs.  The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.  The Kitchen comes fully equipped and has all new glasses, crockery, cookware, cutlery and utensils (April 2024).

The TV has a wide range of UK and International TV stations and free fast private Internet and Wi-Fi. The Internet speeds are good at 60Mbps Download, 40Mbps Upload and 54ms latency. This is perfect for personal and work activities should you need it.

The main bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside drawers with table lamps, fitted wardrobes, blackout blind, curtains, mosquito net and ceiling fan.  There is a safe inside the wardrobe along with an iron and ironing board.

The small bedroom has 1 single bed, bedside cupboard with table lamp, fitted wardrobe, blackout blind  and curtains.

The furnished terrace has a large table and comfortable chairs, 2 sunloungers and a roll out awning for shade.  There is a washing machine located inside the cupboard and a drying airer.

The Villa will have a main clean once a week with bedding and towel change, and a mini- clean midweek with fresh towels provided. Towels for use at the pool will also be provided.

The villa is situated in a quiet area of Casas del Sol protected from the wind.
