27D Casas del Sol

Thirty two years ago the owners fell in love with this villa and have spent many happy days here creating the ideal home from home.

As with all the villas on Casas del Sol, 27D enjoys a south facing aspect and has an extensive patio area to suit sun worshippers and equally shade seekers from dawn until dusk.

Whereas the villa is set back away from the main road in a peaceful setting, the seafront, port, bars and restaurants are merely a five minute walk away, easily accessible without the need for a car.

Inside, the property is unique in the way the layout has been adapted to accommodate a fully equipped kitchen leaving a generous area for dining as well as a spacious lounge for relaxing.

As one would expect, a flat screen TV with access to internet provided television channels and films is complemented by a DVD player and separate blue tooth enabled music centre.

The villa has a dedicated fibre Wi-Fi connection.

There are two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower room and toilet facilities. Both rooms have ceiling fans.

For peace of mind, all windows are fitted with security bars and a safe is installed in one of the bedrooms.

A latest generation washing machine completes the extensive range of equipment available for clients staying in 27D.
