#23C - Casa 23C

My parents fell in love with Casas del Sol when they came here on holiday in the 1980s and surprised us all when they announced on the way home from the airport that they were buying one of the villas! 

This is our family’s home from home and I hope you will find it as relaxing and comfortable as we all do.

It has been at the centre of many happy family holidays for our family of four generations. 

My sister and I have holidayed all over the world but nowhere compares to the perfect mixture of the tranquillity of Casas del Sol, the beautiful unspoilt beaches of Papagayo and the friendly bustle of Playa Blanca.  

In June 2024 we made some changes to our bedrooms' layout, creating a larger twin room, in addition to the main bedroom.  Both bedrooms have wardrobes with hanging and shelving space. Our main bedroom has a new super king bed and we have new full-size twin beds in the smaller room.  Both bedrooms benefit from mosquito blinds and new coin-op air-conditioning units.

There is a fully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, hand basin and vanity unit. Electrical facilities for toothbrush, shaver and hairdryer.

Modern fitted kitchen, ample granite worktops, electric oven with 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Fully equipped with all cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware.

Our open plan lounge is comfortably furnished for eating and relaxing, with a 50" Smart TV and WiFi.  Books are available for guest use.  There is a new ceiling fan in the lounge fitted in June 2024.
