#22D - Uncle Tom's Cabin 22D

22D is a beautiful villa set near the back of Casas Del Sol so a peaceful and quiet location. The Villa itself has a lovely large patio area with a brand new table and chairs for 6 persons and 2 reclining sunbeds with cushions. It has a wooden awning and an umbrella to give shelter from the sun. It has a built in barbeque. There is a washing machine in the outside cupboard also.

Inside the property, there is an open plan living area with a well equipped kitchen. The living area has a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs and a TV with lots of english, german and french channels, DVD Player and private WIFI. It also has a dining table and chairs for 4 persons and a large bookcase with many books to borrow.

There are 2 bedrooms. One room with 2 single beds and a larger main bedroom. Both bedrooms feature luxury Hypnos beds and the main bedroom has a superking size bed which is zipped and linked so can be one main bed or 2 singles. There is also a safe and a hairdryer in the main bedroom and both bedrooms have a fan and air conditioning. There is a nice bathroom with a shower, sink and WC.

Within a maximum of 72 hours you will receive a booking confirmation with all the payment details.

The final reservation will be confirmed in a booking when 30% of the agreed rental price (a deposit) is received in the account indicated for this purpose by CDS S.L. The remaining 70% must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

Any charges paid are not refundable. You are advised to have a travel insurance.
