The Villa itself has a lovely patio area with a table and chairs for 4 persons and 2 reclining sunbeds with cushions. It has a wooden awning to give shelter from the sun if you want it. It has a small barbeque.
Inside the property, there is an open plan living area with a well equipped kitchen. The living area has 2 new sofas and a TV, DVD Player and WIFI. It also has a dining table and chairs for 4 persons.
There is a large main bedroom. The main bedroom features luxury Hypnos beds. There is also a safe and a hairdryer in the main bedroom and air conditioning. There is a nice bathroom with a shower, sink and WC. There is also a washing machine in the cupboard outside on the patio

The final booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 30% of the agreed rental price to the account specified. The remaining 70% will be payable at Reception upon arrival.
