Villa 21A - Casa Josefina is a very nice decorated holiday home with private little patio surrounded by tropical plants and flowers. The villa is located at the end of row 21. It is one of the only villas on the site that has so much natural privacy because of it´s vegetation.
It has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a spring dream natural soft King size bed which is one of the finest you will find on the market. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a safety deposit box and plenty of wardrobe space for 4 guests in total.
The fully equipped kitchen with new Cooker and hob is part of the lounge as it is presented in the same space.
The villa is very well equipped. It is not just a rental property but our holiday home.
Free internet, very well furnished, big lounge area with natural light entrance from skylights. The villa has been adapted to the singular rustic style of the owner's late mother Josephine from Belgium.

Within a maximum of 72 hours you will receive a booking confirmation with all the payment details.
The final reservation will be confirmed in a booking when 30% of the agreed rental price (a deposit) is received in the account indicated for this purpose by CDS S.L. The remaining 70% must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
Any charges paid are not refundable. You are advised to have a travel insurance.
Payment of deposit and balance are possible with credit card or by bank transfer.
