#19F - Casa 19F

We have owned Villa 19F since 2002 and it has been our haven, now we would like to share it with you.

It has been modernised and improved for our comfort and enjoyment, to provide light and airy accommodation for two adults and two children or three adults and one child.

The villa sits in a lovely open south facing position in centre of Casas del Sol ,only a very short walk from the large heated communal pool.

The terrace is fully tiled to provide a spacious sun bathing area with views of the sea and the Papagayo beaches. An outside cupboard contains the washing machine.

There is a parasol and sun canopy for shade if needed. The sun canopy and side blind may be fully extended to provide a shelter in inclement weather enhancing the versatility of the external space. And so allowing year round outdoors dining at the large mosaic table

We have a modern fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a large walk in shower and bidet

The main bedroom has a very comfortable super king sized bed and a ceiling fan. The window having mosquito blinds and security bars for night time ventilation in hot weather.The smaller bedroom has two single beds one of which is suitable for an adult it also has a ceiling fan and mosquito blind.

We have a fast Wi Fi network and 50 inch smart TV with all the major UK and some European channels, there is also a streaming movie service. You may bring your firestick/ chromecast if you wish/p>

Guests tell us they find our villa very comfortable and well equipped with everything needed even for the longer stay.

Being in Playa Blanca, the sunniest part of Lanzarote and on the beautifully maintained Casas Del Sol site ,within walking distances of local beaches, cafes and shops, a car is therefore not essential. The villa is ideal for comfortable year round holidays or extended winter visits . A place where many of our visitors return year after year.
