#10A - Villa 10A

Villa 10A is a comfortable semi-detached villa, decorated and furnished to a high standard.  The villa is very private and peaceful being located at the end of a row of just two villas.

The villa comprises an open plan lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen with comfortable sofa, dining table and chairs.  There are two bedrooms & two bathrooms to sleep up to four people.

The patio doors lead out onto a large, private, south facing terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers, parasol and a BBQ.  The terrace benefits from the sun all day but also offers shade under the pergola and parasol.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

There are two bedrooms, one with a king size double bed and the second with two single beds, both benefit from ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers.  Both bedrooms have:

• Ceiling fans
• Built in wardrobes
• Storage drawers
• Full length mirrors
• Bedside cabinets and lamps

All linen, extra blankets, pillows, towels and beach towels are provided.

The villa will have a main clean once a week with bedding and towel changed, plus a midweek clean with fresh towels provided.

Kitchen

The kitchen is very well equipped with a four-ring hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, toasted sandwich maker, hand blender & dishwasher.  There are a large range of pots, pans, dishes, mugs and glasses.  The washing machine is located in a cupboard on the patio.

Living Room

The living & dining area is comfortably furnished with a sofa, chairs, and dining table.  The TV provides access to UK & European channels plus Video on Demand, TV Series and sports channels.  There is also a DVD player with a library of films.  The Radio & CD player provides further entertainment options.

Local Area

Villa 10A is just 100m from the beautiful, heated swimming pool and reception building.  There is also a children’s pool, tennis courts and boules pit.  There is a small mini market in the reception building that sells essential items and ice creams.

Casas del Sol is located just a short, flat walk from the promenade with the wide range of shops, bars, restaurants & beaches.  The harbour is also very close offering opportunities for boat trips and ferries to Fuerteventura.

Taxis are numerous and cheap and there is a local bus service, which will help you to explore Playa Blanca further if you wish.

About Us

We have owned the villa since 2009 and the villa is our ‘house in the sun’ which we love to visit as often as possible, we hope that you will also enjoy our home.
