#4B - Casa Gunnar 4B

Villa 4B is very nice located in the lower part of the peaceful complex of Casas del Sol, just a few meters walk to the pool area. It has a beautiful private patio, with a table, chairs, umbrella and two sun beds, ideal for sun seekers. In the cosy living area of the villa you find the recently refurbished modern kitchen with oven,coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster. The other side of the living area offers you a comfortable sofa with view to the television, where you can watch German, Spanish and a few English Free-to-Air channels. There is also a DVD player provided. The bedroom in 4B has two single beds and a nice big closet, both in the typical traditional canarian wooden style. The bathroom of the villa is very modern and recently refurbished. A hair dryer is provided.

Villa 4B ist im unteren Teil der friedlichen Anlage Casas del Sol gelegen, nur ein paar Meter vom Pool entfernt. Die private Terrasse lädt mit einem Tisch, Stühlen, 2 Sonnenliegen und einem Sonnenschirm zum entspannen ein und ist für alle Sonnenanbeter gerade zu perfekt. Der Wohnraum in 4B besteht zu einem Teil aus der modernen, neu renovierten Küche, welche mit Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Ofen und Mikrowelle ausgestattet ist. Auf der anderen Seite erwartet Sie im Wohnraum ein bequemes Sofa mit Blick auf den TV, auf welchem Sie Deutsche, Spanische und einige Englische Kanäle empfangen können. Es gibt auch einen DVD Player. Das Schlafzimmer in Villa 4B besteht aus zwei Einzelbetten und einem schönen großen Wandschrank, beides im typisch traditionell kanarischen Holzstil. Das Badezimmer in 4B ist sehr modern und neu renoviert. Ein Fohn steht Ihnen auch zur Verfügung.

Huisje 4B is gelegen in het onderste deel van het familiepark Casas del Sol, op slechts enkele meters afstand van het gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Het privé-terras met tafel, stoelen, 2 ligbedden en een parasol, is voor alle zonaanbidders gewoon de perfecte plek. De woonkamer en open keuken zijn één geheel. De moderne, onlangs gerenoveerde keuken is uitgerust met een broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, oven en magnetron. In de woonkamer vindt u een comfortabele bank met uitzicht op het terras  en de tuin. Er is TV, waarop u Duits, Spaans en Engelse kanalen kan ontvangen. Er is ook een dvd-speler aanwezig. De slaapkamer bestaat uit twee eenpersoons bedden die tegen of uit elkaar kunnen worden geplaatst. Bovendien is er in de slaapkamer een grote inbouwkast, gemaakt in de typische traditionele Canarische stijl. De badkamer met douche en glazen wand is volledig vernieuwd in 2014. In het huisje is ook een haardroger, strijkbout en strijkplank ter beschikking van onze gasten.

Apartamento 4B se encuentra en la parte inferior del complejo residencial familiar Casas del Sol, a pocos metros de la piscina comunitaria. La terraza privada con mesa, sillas, dos tumbonas y una sombrilla es el lugar perfecto para todos los amantes del sol. La sala de estar y cocina estan unidas. La cocina moderna, recientemente renovado, está equipado con una tostadora, cafetera, hervidor de agua, horno y microondas. El salón tiene un sofá confortable con vistas a la terraza y jardín. Hay televisión con canales en, español, inglés e aleman. También hay un reproductor de DVD. La habitación tiene dos camas individuales que pueden ser juntadas. Por otra parte, en el dormitorio hay un gran armario empotrado, hecho en el estilo tradicional canario típico. El cuarto de baño con ducha com mapara de cristal fuerenovada por completo en 2014. En la casa también hay un secador de pelo, plancha y tabla de planchar a disposición de nuestros huéspedes.
