Casa Gato is beautifully situated on this wonderful complex. From the terrace you have a great view over the pool, the sea, the harbor and the Papagayo Beaches and it is within walking distance of the boulevard, supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

The villa has recently (2021) been completely renovated.

The living room has a comfortable sofa and pleasent lightning. There is a HD-TV with satellite channels

(ASTRA 1. 19.2) free to air and WiFi.

An open kitchen with a large fridge and separate freezer, induction cooker, table grill, wok, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Extensive cooking, eating and drinking utensils are available.

​The two bedrooms have new beds (90 x 200cm). All linen, extra blankets and pillows are provided. New sliding windows are fitted with mosquito nets and bars to ensure an undisturbed and comfortable night's sleep.

The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, a toilet and a washbasin with large mirror. All towels (including Beach towels) are provided.

There is a private terrace with a flowered garden and comfortable furniture for dining. Also 2 sunloungers to enjoy the Canarian sun. A pergola provides extra shade.

The villa also has a private safe, washing machine, drying rack and ironing board with iron (at your disposal, free of charge).

Extra tap for fresh and filtered delicious drinking water. No more carying bottels of water from the supermarket. And environmental friendly!

The price is based on 1-2 people.
For the 3rd person there is an extra charge of € 20,00 per night.

De woonkamer heeft een comfortabele bank en is gezellig verlicht. Er is een HD-TV met satellietzenders (ASTRA 1. 19.2) free to air en WiFi.

Een open keuken met een grote koelkast en een apart vriesvak, inductiekookplaat, tafelgrill, wok, magnetron, broodrooster, waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat. Er is uitgebreid kook-, eet- en drinkgerei aanwezig.

De slaapkamers hebben nieuwe bedden (90x 200cm). Alle linnengoed, extra dekens en kussens zijn aanwezig. Nieuwe schuiframen zijn voorzien van horren en tralies en zorgen voor een ongestoorde en comfortabele nachtrust.

De badkamer is voorzien van een ruime inloopdouche, een toilet en een wastafel met grote spiegel. Alle handdoeken (inclusief strandlakens) zijn aanwezig.

Er is een eigen terras met een bloemrijke tuin en tuinmeubelen om heerlijk te dineren. Ook 2 relaxstoelen zodat u kunt genieten van de Canarische zon. De pergola zorgt voor extra schaduw.

Aanwezig zijn eigen kluis, wasmachine, droogrek, strijkplank met strijkijzer (gratis tot uw beschikking).
Extra kraan voor vers en gefilterd lekker drinkwater. Geen gesjouw meer met flessen water uit de supermarkt. Bovendien ook milieuvriendelijk!

Casa Gato liegt wunderbar in dieser traumhaften Anlage. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Pool, das Meer, den Hafen und Papagao-Strände. Man ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Strandpromenade, Supermarkt, Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt. Die Villa wurde kürzlich (2021) renoviert.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Sofa und ist gemütlich beleuchtet. Es gibt einen HD-Fernseher mit Satellitenkanälen (ASTRA 1. 19.2) frei empfangbar und W-Lan.

Eine offene Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und separatem Gefrierfach, Inductionsherd, Tischgrill, Wok, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Umfangreiches Koch-, Ess- und Trinkgeschirr ist vorhanden.

Die Schlafzimmer haben neue Betten (90x 200cm). Alle Bettwäsche, zusätzliche Decken und Kissen werden gestellt. Neue Schiebefenster sind mit Moskitonetzen und Gittern ausgestattet und sorgen für einen ungestörten und komfortablen Schlaf.

Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine geräumige ebenerdige Dusche, eine Toilette und ein Waschbecken mit großem Spiegel. Alle Handtücher (inklusive Strandtücher) werden zur Verfügung gestellt.

Es gibt eine private Terrasse mit einem blühenden Garten und Gartenmöbeln zum Essen. Außerdem Zwei Relax Stühle um die kanarische Sonne zu genießen. Eine Pergola spendet zusätzlichen Schatten.

Vorhanden sind eigener Safe, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen (zu Ihrer freien Verfügung).

Extra Wasserhahn für frisches und gefiltertes leckeres Trinkwasser.  Nie mehr Wasserflaschen aus dem Supermarkt schleppen. Und umweltfreundlich!

Casa Gato está ubicado en este maravilloso complejo de Villas adosados. Desde la terraza tiene una gran vista de la piscina, del mar, el puerto y la playa de Papagayo. Se encuentra a poca distancia del bulevar, supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes. La villa fue recientemente (2021) completamente renovada.

El salón tiene un cómodo sofá y está muy bien iluminado. Hay un televisor HD con canales vía satélite (ASTRA 1. 19.2) gratuitos y WiFi.

Una cocina abierta con nevera grande y congelador separado, placa de inducción, parrilla de mesa, wok, microondas, tostadora, tetera y cafetera. Se dispone de amplios utensilios para cocinar, comer y beber.

Los dormitorios tienen camas nuevas (90x 200cm). Se proporciona toda la ropa de cama, mantas y almohadas adicionales. Las nuevas ventanas correderas están equipadas con mosquiteros y rejas y aseguran un sueño reparador y confortable.

El baño tiene una amplia ducha a ras de suelo, un inodoro y un lavabo con un gran espejo. Se proporcionan todas las toallas (incluidas las toallas de playa).

Hay una terraza privada con un jardín de flores y muebles de jardín para cenar bien. También 2 tumbonas para que disfrutes del sol canario. La pérgola proporciona sombra adicional.
