#casa17d - Casa Dulce 17D

Casa Dulce is situated in the gorgeous gardens of Casas del Sol – the best tourist complex in Playa Blanca and just a stroll away from all the amenities of the village and its three beaches.

There are two bedrooms (one king-size double, one twin) and two well appointed shower rooms – one of which is en-suite. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and hairdryer. A safe is located in the double bedroom.

Sheets and towels are provided and changed regularly.

The open plan living area has a two-seat sofa and two armchairs with ceiling fan, internet TV and wine cooler. We have high-speed fibre internet (50Mbit/s) which enables us to offer a vast range of TV channels (inc. UK terrestrial + Sky) & Wi-Fi.

The kitchen area has a fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto) and toaster. All cutlery, crockery, glasses and cooking utensils etc. are provided.

The large south facing terrace enjoys views to Papagayo and Fuerteventura and is a wonderful suntrap for the whole day.  Being south facing it is sheltered from the prevailing wind. There is a good selection of patio furniture plus a BBQ. We usually dine outside in the open or under the pergola – which has a heater for al fresco dining in winter!

There is a washing machine plus iron/ironing board.

With four steps up to the patio, we regret the villa does not have satisfactory disabled access.

Casa Dulce is registered with Casas del Sol S.L. through which all lettings are done.
