#12B - Casa 12B Sunnehüsli
12B ist ein gepflegtes, ruhig gelegenes Haus mit grosser Sonnenterrasse. Es eignet sich bestens für 2 erwachsene Personen.
Das grosszügige und helle Wohnzimmer ist modern und wohnlich eingerichtet. Der Fernseher verfügt über die Sender Astra und Hotbird sowie über ein DVD-Gerät. WIFI-Anschluss ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die kleine Küchenecke verfügt über Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle und grossem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Ebenfalls stehen Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher zur Verfügung.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben zwei grosse Doppelbetten und das angrenzende Bad mit Tageslicht hat eine begehbare Dusche. Die Waschmaschine ist auf der Terrasse in einem separaten Schrank zugänglich.
Villa 12B is a well-kept, quietly situated house with a large sun terrace. It is ideally suited for 2 adults.
The spacious and bright living room is modern and comfortably furnished. The TV has Astra and Hotbird channels and a DVD player. WIFI connection is also available.
The small kitchen corner has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and large fridge with freezer compartment. Coffee maker, toaster and kettle are also available.
The two bedrooms have two large double beds and the adjoining bathroom with natural light has a walk-in shower. The washing machine is accessible on the terrace in a separate cupboard.

The final reservation will be confirmed in a booking when 30% of the agreed rental price (a deposit) is received in the account indicated for this purpose by CDS S.L. The remaining 70% must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
Any charges paid are not refundable. You are advised to have a travel insurance.
