#29F - Casa 29F
Our ‘CASITA’ -29F has 2 twin/double bedded rooms both with en suite facilities. One has a walk in shower and one has a bath/shower. We have a comfortable and modern open plan living room and kitchen. The south facing terrace is a wonderful sun trap and has lovely views of the sea and harbour. We dine, primarily, in the covered alcove on the terrace.
Facilities include a washing machine, television with BBC and ITV channels and DVD Player. There are fans in all rooms, a hair dryer and a small safe. There is free wireless internet access in the villa. If the connection is poor there is a better connection at Reception.
Security All our windows have security bars and mosquito nets.
Prices shown are for 2 persons per week and include the local VAT. Additional persons are charged at €10 per night.
Accessibility. With three steps up from the gate to the patio, we regret the villa does not have satisfactory wheelchair access.

Within a maximum of 72 hours you will receive a booking confirmation with all the payment details.
The final booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 30% of the agreed rental price to the account specified. The remaining 70% will be payable at Reception upon arrival.
Any charges paid are not refundable. You are advised to have a travel insurance.
Payment of deposit and balance are possible with credit card, Pay-Pal or by bank transfer.
