My parents fell in love with Casas del Sol when they came here on holiday in the 1980s and surprised us all when they announced on the way home from the airport that they were buying one of the villas! 

This is our family’s home from home and I hope you will find it as relaxing and comfortable as we all do.

It has been at the centre of many happy family holidays for our family of now four generations. 

My sister and I have holidayed all over the world but nowhere compares to the perfect mixture of the tranquillity of Casas del Sol, the beautiful unspoilt beaches of Papagayo and the friendly bustle of Playa Blanca.  

In May and June 2024 we will be making some changes to our bedrooms' layout.  We will be repurposing the large wardrobe space in our main room in order to extend our second bedroom to create a twin room with hanging and clothes storage suitable for two children.  Our main bedroom will have a new super king bed and new hanging and clothes storage.  We will be installing coin-operated aircons in both bedrooms. 

The bedrooms have new mosquito blinds fitted in 2022.  New photos will be uploaded as soon as work is finished at the end of June 2024.

There is a fully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, hand basin and vanity unit. Electrical facilities for toothbrush, shaver and hairdryer.

Modern fitted kitchen, ample granite worktops, electric oven with 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Fully equipped with all cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware.

Our open plan lounge is comfortably furnished for eating and relaxing, with internet TV, WiFi and DVD player.  Books are available for guest use.  There will be a ceiling fan in the lounge from June 2024.
