We are a couple from Windermere in the English Lake District and Jamjeka is our south facing, quiet sunshine paradise offering twin beds, which can be pushed together to form a king size, built in wardrobes, dressing table, safe and side tables with lights adjoining the recently refurbished bathroom with shower, basin, toilet, mirror and cupboards.
The living room, furnished in Lanzarote style, has English/Irish TV channels, CD & DVD player with a selection of music & films and its own internet connection. Aircon is available with coin meter
The villa has a fully fitted kitchen, with electric cooker & ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, & toaster and washing machine located outside.
The well furnished patio, alfresco dining area has tables, chairs, recliners, sunbeds & parasol should you need the shade! With beautiful views across the sea to Fuerteventura, has sun morning to evening with spectacular sunsets.
The communal heated swimming pool is within the subtropical gardens, only two minutes from your front gate.
All located close to the promenade, with its numerous international restaurants overlooking the sandy beaches, ferry harbour and spar shop.

The final reservation will be confirmed in a booking when 30% of the agreed rental price (a deposit) is received in the account indicated for this purpose by CDS S.L. The remaining 70% must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
Any charges paid are not refundable. You are advised to have a travel insurance.
