#19E - Casa 19E
Welcome to 19E, our home from home (West Sussex). Debs' parents fell in love with Playa Blanca on their first visit and have been staying at Casas del Sol twice a year for over 20 years. We were lucky enough to buy 19E in 2015 and have extensively modernized the villa.
There are all the facilities you would expect for a luxury break, high speed private wi-fi, a new 49" HD digital TV with netflix / amazon prime (using your personal accounts), a digital movie and TV package with thousands of the latest (and old) movies, sky sports, bt sport etc. There is also a selection of board games (backgammon, scrabble, yahtzee, rummikub, cards etc.).
The kitchen was refitted in July 2019 and will tempt you to cook in more than you plan, as will the Weber bbq! Just visit the fish market, a five minute walk from the villa and cook up a feast! There is also a nespresso machine (please bring your own pods).
In December 2022 we completed a full refit of the bathroom, which now includes a rain shower as well as a separate side shower. We have a heated towel rail for the Winter months and overhead lighting.
We have a lovely sunny patio but if you prefer the shade our wind out parasol will be to your liking. We have ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom and barred windows for added security. We like nothing better then having the windows open at night with the sea breezes floating over you!
We love our villa and know you will do too - it's a perfect "retreat" and an amazing base to explore the wonderful, dramatic natural landscape of Lanzarote. David and Debs

Within a maximum of 72 hours you will receive a booking confirmation with all the payment details.
The final reservation will be confirmed in a booking when 30% of the agreed rental price (a deposit) is received in the account indicated for this purpose by CDS S.L. The remaining 70% must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
Any charges paid are not refundable. You are advised to have a travel insurance.
Payment of deposit and balance are possible with credit card, Pay-Pal or by bank transfer.
