#11D - Casa 11D

We are a family from England that enjoys every holiday to come to Lanzarote to enjoy the sunshine.

The villa is situated in a peaceful location on the site, our villa is not far from the pool. It is 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach, nearby shops and restaurants. Apartments with communal pool overlooking the harbour.

quiet complex, internet Wi-Fi available in communal areas.

The living room with sofa/bed is leading to a patio with table & chairs overlooking the gardens. On our patio you will find two loungers to enjoy the sunshine. The villa has a master bedroom with two single beds, an open plan kitchen, safe, washing machine, hair dryer and a bathroom with shower are available for the use of our guests.

In our villa you will find a big collections of DVD´s, free to air TV channels in English and some table games.

Apart from the master bedroom with build- in wardrobes, there is a second, smaller room with bunk beds suitable for young children.

When you send your booking request, you will first receive an automatic reply that we have received your booking request. This is not a booking confirmation. If you do not receive the automatic reply within 30 minutes it means that your request has not been send. Try again, please.

Within a maximum of 72 hours you will receive a booking confirmation with all the payment details.

The final reservation will be confirmed in a booking when 30% of the agreed rental price (a deposit) is received in the account indicated for this purpose by CDS S.L. The remaining 70% must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

Any charges paid are not refundable. You are advised to have a travel insurance.

Payment of deposit and balance are possible with credit card, Pay-Pal or by bank transfer.
